Changed your mind?

We get it, 3am scrolling gets the better of us too sometimes. That’s why we have an easy breezy returns process.

Can I get a refund?

For a change of mind, we offer eligible size exchanges under the conditions below. If your replacement size is unavailable, we will refund your eligible unworn return. 

Can I get a return?

All items are eligible for a return of size, provided they are returned within 15 days of purchase. The product must be unworn and still have ALL tags attached with NO marks, makeup stains or any other form of marks. If we receive the product and it does NOT follow these guidelines the item won’t be returned.

What next?

If your item is eligible for a return, please get the ball rolling by emailing us at hello@esporteaus.com with your order details.

Who covers the returns shipping fee?

For change-of-mind size returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and non-refundable. This does not apply where you are entitled to return costs under the Australian Consumer Law. We recommend using a tracked service when posting items back to us. esporte® will not be responsible for returns parcels lost or damaged in transit.

My order arrived damaged!

Oh no! We want your esporte® order to arrive in tip top condition. If any of your items are delivered in anything less than perfect, please contact us at hello@esporteaus.com so we can sort it.
